| | just got back from the school's production of "Guys and Dolls". it was really good. ann-marie did so well. i was so happy for her. and i saw liz there. i sat with her and matt. she's still grounded. and i saw steph,jill, nick, elyse, paul, sam, and other various people. it was alot of fun. ughhh. i've got mcas tuesday. lovely. at least it's just long composition. that's not too bad. you just sit there and write. the only hard part will be math, but that's not till may. the english and science sections will be no problem. oi jeez, i'm tired. i better go to bed. i've got to get up early to go to church tommorrow, then to competition. nighty-night. | | comments: Leave a comment |

| | i've been so incredibly sick that i haven't had the will to move, let alone type. but i'm feeling much better now. still a bit sick though.
anyway, tommorow is the first competition and i'm SO excited to just compete, and to see meghan and the whole experience of it. i love it.
since i've ben sick, i haven't done much this vacation, but that's just luck i guess. i did end up going to my grandparents house with my cousin which is kind of dorky but they are my grandparents and i know they like to see me so what can you do. we went shopping and i know have 5 more purses and a black messenger bag ( i have 2 pins on it.)i also got 2 pairs of shoes ( one is black for my semi dress, and the other is this gorgeous pair of tan ones with straps that tie around your ankles). plus i got a ton of jewelry and accesories so i'm happy. shopping always makes me happy.
i feel that it is necessary to say that i am very proud of my self and i pireced my own ear last night. i now have a third hole in my right ear that i hope to god my parents don't see. i tried the other one, but i ran into a few complications.

| i hate valentine's day. i always have. it's some stupid day where everyone feels compelled to tell some person that they love them. should people love people everyday? and this who love thing sucks anyway. it all leads to pain. when you like someone, you are happy, which leads to you loving them in alot of cases, which leads to you fighting, which leads to you breaking up and hurting, which makes you want to die. so ultimately, love makes you want to die. what a splendid thought. i don't see why anyone bothers, all love does it lead to problems and heartbreak and it all sucks and you end up alone anyway so why dosen't everyone just quit it and be happy by themselves?cause when you are in love you think nothing will go wrong, then you act all blind and stupid to everything and the real world, then something bad happens, and your friends try to help for a while, but they get sick of your obsessing, so they ditch you, and you are left alone, lost in your thought with only yourself as a companion. and no matter what you try, nothing works. trying to forget about it is so temporary. you can blast some music, or go to a party, or watch a movie, but it all eventually ends and you are back in your thought. and feeling sad just makes you sadder, and then you head first-class into depression. getting mad eventually leads you to sadness and regret, which also goes to depression. god, we can clone freakin animals but we can't make some sorta pill to deal with heartbreak? why hasen't some smart sciency-type done that? so in conclusion to my little rant about why no one should fall in love, let me say that you are so much better off just being with your friends and focusing upon yourself than love someone, cause in the end, it all bites.

| So, for all of you dying to know how the dad thing went...
he actually totally forgot about it that nite...but i was afraid that he would mention it at any moment so i was on edge the entire nite. so the next day when he was driving me to school( i want my liscence!!) he asked if i had gooten it. so i gave it to him and he was none the less unhappy. i told him that i got a history tutor and now i even have a math one, but he still freaked. so the list of punishments are as follows:
1. if i don't get my grades up but the midpoint between the begining of the term and midterm (which is like now) and all my grades aren't over a 75, then i'm off majorettes( in whichcase i will never speak to him again, because he will be pulling me out of the middle of competition season)
2. until midterms come out, i am not allowed to go to the movies or the mall( i have a good feeling that this one will be let up on)
3.he will not give me anymore money for payments until midterm which by then my grades should be at an acceptable level( i told him that i only have 95$ left to pay, and that if i sell all of the raffle tickets that i will be all paid for. when he heard this, he started to tell me all of the people i could sell it to, he was helping! it was so random)
4. if my grades don't come to an acceptable level by midterm?end of term (not defined yet)than i cannot go to diseny with the band.
in response to this last punishment, me and mandy sue hatched a plan. i will already have my trip all paid for, so i will pack my bags and sneak out of the house (i think the busis at like 6:45, so everyone will be asleep) and mandy sue and her brother will pick me up at the end of the street, and i will go to the bus and go to disney anyway( i will of course, leave a note explaining why i did this and that i am safe, i may even call from south carolina so they don't worry) the only problem is that i doubt my heartfelt not will soften them, so i will be in offically the most trouble of my entire life. but i truely think that it will be worth it. the other problem is that my family will be in florida the next day, not in disney but and hour and a half away, so they could come and get me, but they don't know what hotel i am at. i think it will be great though, and i know i can raise my grades (except for geometry, i will just be screwed for that, but i will try. )
more school news: we got the papers to pick our calsses for next year. my classes are as follows:
chemistry(level 2)
english III(level 1)
american history +1885 (level 2)
algebra II(level 2-and the last math class i have to take)
gym( i have to take it-so dumb)
health
and my electives are:
spanish IV (level 1- i am so happy to be that far along in spanish. i know i'm a dork, but hey, it's exciting forme!)
concert choir( i have to take this class to be in show choir, which i really want to be in. singing and dancing and costumes combined is like heaven to me!)
web design/html( a stupid technology class i have to take to graduate, and i still have to take another tech class after that!)
intro. to physc(level 2- the teacher for that is supposedly wicked hard, but i think i will like that class!)
SAT prep/math( yes, i am taking this to be the good kid that i am, and hopefully get myself decent math grades in school and on the SAT)
i really like picking classes. senior year the only required classes we have to take are english, history, and gym. so i can tke all the elecives my heart desires. i wanted to take law and drama this year, but i had too many credits cause of stupid concert choir. i think i may end up hating that class.
so thats the deal on school. o wait, my school is also having a dance. like a regular one, not semi. i bet all of the freshman will be there. o well, i'll drag my friends there anyway. if it sucks, we'll just leave. and competition countdown-8 days!i CANNOT WAIT!!!!!! i am so excited!!!!cya! | | comments: Leave a comment |

| | well i lied to my dad and told him report cards come out today. and he will probably find out and i will be screwed over. that's just the way it works. but my friend lindsay offered to tutor me in history, so maybe he won't be as mad because i am acting mor "responsible". i hope. and i'll say that i will get a math tutor, and then he can't be all that mad. but i think he is planning on going to parent/teacher confrences, and he dosen't know that you have to have a paper thingy with your teachers putting in times and whatever and he hasen't done that yet and they are TOMMOROW, so yea, that'll be an issue. don't count on me updating tonite., cause i will be too busy getting yelled at to be able to. and i will probably be re-banned from the computer. but there is a majorette meeting tonite and dad is going to that, so i won't be yelled at to much, hopefully. unless he talks to Mandy Sue's mom and it comes up that the report cards came out yesterday...crap. yep, i'm screwed. plus, he will prolly call to find out what my grades are, and it's my personal belief that they sound better in person. yep well, goodbye to the world. | | comments: 2 comments or Leave a comment |
